TENDER NOTICE


IDP/HYD/ENGG/2010

Sub: Disposal of R&D Glassware items used/unused.

            With reference to the above sealed quotations in the prescribed tender form issued by the Authorized Signatory of IDPL is enclosed is to be submitted on or before 04.08.2010 at 3-00 P.M.

            The tender form to be submitted along with an E.M.D. of 5% of the value of the total amount quoted by the tenderer. The envelope should be clearly marked “Tender for R&D Glassware”
           
The other general terms conditions are as below:

Terms & Conditions
1
The tenderer/his representative can be present at the time of opening of the tender.  The tender will be opened on the same day at 3.00PM.
2
The quotations should be submitted as a single LOT for all items from Sl.No 01 to 28 as indicated in the tender form.

Earnest money deposit of 5% of the tender value of the total amount (Refundable) in the form of D.D. in favour of Indian Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Payable at Hyderabad should be accompanied along with the quotation.

On release of sale order, the party should deposit the sale value of the amount with taxes and duties within seven days.  If the party does not remit the sale value amount within stipulated time, party has to forfeit the EMD; Company is not responsible for the delay.

The successful bidder should lift the material within 10 days after remittance of sale value of amount / sale order.

Decision of IDPL would be final.

The material kept for diposal can be inspected on all working days from Monday to Saturday between 10.30am to 3.00 pm. The party is supposed to inspects the material before submitting the quotation.

All the materials are being sold on “as is where is basis” without any warranty/guarantee or any other legal liability of any nature what so ever on the part of owner of stock materials.

The materials are to be moved by obtaining proper movement pass and after entering of items at the security gate.

All the tendered materials are available at IDPL-Hyderabad and  to be lifted on  working days ie. From Monday to Friday between 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Vat at 4% and TCS at 1.03% are as applicable.
12
Most of the Glass ware is of Borosil or Corning Co make Boro-silicate glass.
