Terms & Conditions:-

1. Party should quote rate including Dismantling, Repairing of wall sides with painting and shifting of Existing doors.

2. No advance will be paid to contractor payment will be made only after successful competition of job.

3. TDS, ESI will be deduced as per rules.

4. Earnest money of Rs. 2000/- will be deposited with quotation in favor of M/s IDPL Gurgaon (D.D/ Banker Cheque/ Cash form)

5. The rates offered are inclusive of all taxes & overhead charges.

6. No separate cartage for the materials & staff of the contractor will be paid.

7 The material & labor will be provided by the contractor himself.

8 Completion period not more than Six month.
