NOTICE INVITE TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF PHARMA MACHINERY

Pharma Machinery manufacturers/Authorized representative confirming to GMP requirements compliant having adequate technical and financial back ground are invited to send Technical and Financial bids as per following terms & conditions specific to this tender. Interested Parties are requested to send duly filled tender documents fulfilling eligible criteria in sealed envelop address to ORISSA DRUGS & CHEMICALS LIMITED, 1, MANCHESWAR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, BHUBANESWAR-751010. It may be noted that quotations shall be submitted in 2 bid system separately i.e. Technical bid & Financial bid in separate sealed covers, and both bids should be put in one sealed cover, clearly marking Tender No. & Date of Opening, latest by 2 P.M. on 21.12.2010 which shall be opened on SAME DAY at 3 P.M.

TECHNICAL :

1. Company’s name and full address, date of incorporation, registered address and manufacturers address.

2. Proprietorship/ Partnership/Private/Public along with name of the partners in case of partnership.

3. List of the clients during last 3 years..

4. Satisfactory Performance Certificate of the machinery from some of their clients.
