IDPL intends to procure suitable logistic software for streamlining the information mainly related to Marketing Division and thereby providing proper control and monitoring systems. Expression of Interest is invited from reputed software providers. The methodology of implementation in two phases is as follows:-
Identification and choice of a suitable Software System by calling for Expression of Interest (EOI) from Software providers or their authorized partners.
Limited Tender for implementation of the software system using the chosen software which best meet the requirements.
This call for EOI is for the first step mentioned above. Vendors with enterprise level software products are invited to respond to this EOI call by sending relevant information.
Response received will be evaluated to check if the basic requirements (see below) are met and a set of products will be short-listed. Vendors of these short-listed products will then be requested to visit IDPL Corporate Office, Gurgaon and give presentation of their products to the Committee. Any expenditure to be incurred by the Software Product vendors/authorized partners in connection with submission of Expression of Interest or organization of presentation at IDPL Corporate Office shall be borne by the Company/Authorized partner themselves.
The Company will technically evaluate all the products and choose at least three products, that will best meet its requirements. After that, step 2 as outlined above, will be followed.
Basic requirements for proposed software system:
The Company is having multi locations (four) production units from where goods are transferred to our C&F Depot, at present (21) in every States and looking forward for software package which will enable us to track information about dispatches, billing, inventory, Outstanding, shelf life, credit note, debit note, breakage, expiry, special bonus, discount, etc. This Distribution and Logistic package should include the invoicing record from C&F to the customer & will be controlled centrally (5 points). All MIS report should be generated from the package. The list of reports required are as follows:-
· Weekly flash on sales, outstanding, inventory, collection, or order in hand.
· Monthly report on above alongwith copies of invoice, credit note, debit note
· breakage, expiry, special bonus, discount, replacements.
· Monthly VAT report.
· Sales Return Notes
· Customer wise , age wise outstanding list.
· Product wise ,shelf life wise inventory position.
· Pending orders.
The responses should meet the following criteria:-
The offered software system must be able to meet the requirements outlined above.
The software offered must be in use in atleast in one Pharma company,
The information as per Annexure-I is to be submitted.
The Bidder Firm must meet the following eligibility criteria:-
1 The firm must have an annual turnover of atleast Rs. Three Crores over the last three years.
2. It must be a firm with at least five years’ of experience in Software system.
3 The firm must have substantial presence in India, with one or two installations of its Software products in India.
5. Any additional information, if required, may be obtained from the undersigned. The EOI with full documents must be delivered to the address given below latest by 26.06.2012. EOI received after 26.06.2012 shall be liable to be rejected.
6. Selection of Party (Software provider) will be done by a Committee constituted for the purpose, after examining the details provided by the applicants. The Company reserves the right to reject any or all applicants and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The decision of the Committee on any matter shall be final and binding on the applicants.
